The holiday rental spreads out on three floors, and is comprised of many modern accessories that will make your vacation all that much sweeter including internet connection and SAT TV. The ground floor of the refurbished villa is comprised of a lovely dining area with a convenient cooking corner including a microwave oven and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There is a lovely double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower that has direct access to the gardens.

Spacious Accommodations for Groups & Families

Upstairs on the first floor of Villa Tiziana, you will find the main kitchen area which is fully equipped for making your favorite Italian meals: stove with oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition to modern appliances it is also furnished with all necessary cookware, utensils, plates and glasses. This floor will host up to 7 persons; a sofa bed in the main area, a double bedroom and a bedroom with three single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a hydromassage tub and one with a shower.

The third floor has a special space: a covered panoramic terrace! Restructured to make it easy to enjoy outdoor living this floor features a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher and clothes washer. You can enjoy quality time with friends, family and Tuscany while enjoying an authentic Tuscan meal on this private terrace with views over the stunning landscape.

This floor of Villa Tiziana is also comprised of two double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. The classical decor promises comfort and relax. There is space for a child’s bed (crib) which can be furnished upon request. The rooms share a cozy living room area with a functional fireplace for those chilly or rainy evenings, when cuddling up in front of its warmth creates a special ambiance. The house has heating upon request.

In addition to ample indoor living space, you will find that the vacation villa rental is completely surrounded by a well maintained green garden offering room for the kids to play, and special little niches for enjoying the fresh Tuscan air. The pool (10 x 5 meters) is located in a prime position to offer some of the most spectacular views of Chianti and Tuscany. Conveniently situate close to major roads, it is possible to make day trips to Florence to visit it famous museums and monuments or even sta for the sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo. Siena with its evocative cobbled stone streets and amazing Duomo make a great day trip, and maybe even some fabulous gelato. Don’t forget how close you are to Pisa, the infamous leaning Tower of Pisa and nearby beaches, and there is so much more to see in this exciting town before heading over to discover the beauty of Lucca.
