The estate encompasses two separate complexes which have been divided into vacation apartments. For those looking for tranquility, private pool and fabulous views there is the Loggiato, a typical L-shaped building with views on the vineyards. This private area, composed of 4 self catering apartments, also houses the B&B suites. Perfect for couples or groups that are looking to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Open year round, the Loggiata caters to those guest that prefer a quieter stay.

The complex called Borgo, which is made up of 4 separate farmhouses and a newly renovated pool, promises a bit more animation with its tennis court, playground for the kids, an area for football and volleyball and a dog friendly zone. This is the perfect choice for families. The apartments are designed to accommodate from 2 to 6 guests, and are frequently updated to reflect a fully functional space for your vacation while tastefully highlighting the traditional flavours of Tuscany. Each vacation rental is furnished with either a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette to allow complete autonomy.

Besides the modern facilities, WiFi in the common areas and private room safe for your valuables, the owners are proud to introduce you to the family wine production. Every week they offer free visits to the "cantina" and vineyards with a wine and olive oil tasting. In case of cooler weather there are two medieval halls for guests to continue enjoying the reception indoors. The owners are knowledgeable of local events and will assist you in finding local markets, guided tours and other selected activities to help you discover the most authentic Tuscany.

Fattoria Pagnana is a fully operating country farm in the picturesque and natural setting of Valdarno, just 10 km from Florence. Every season holds special experiences: spring embraces all the fragrances of blooming flowers and plants; summer offers the chance to pick some succulent figs, plums and apricots directly from the trees in the gardens; fall is by far our most favourite time of year, when guests can help pick grapes to make wine or gather olives to make olive oil.

Cooking courses, shiatsu treatments, yoga classes, bicycle tours can be organised on site for a minimum number of participantes; while horseback riding, golf, hang-gliding, fishing and Fashion Outlets are all close by.
